Ridden Tuition

Just Equus provides flexible ridden tuition on a freelance basis for people of all ages, abilities and experience. The aim of all sessions is to maximise learning and enjoyment of the sessions, helping you and your horse to reach your goals. Working positively with you and your horse, all sessions aim to develop a fifty/fifty partnership, overcome any challenges and bring the best out of your partnership with patience and understanding.

Uniquely Just Equus provides ridden tuition which draws from a number of approaches traditional, classical and natural horsemanship and is tailored to the individual partnership and their learning style.

Session are available on a private, semi-private or small class basis and on-going support over the phone or on line can be offered if required. A strong emphasis is placed on ensuring that you are given the knowledge, skills and confidence to continue to work with your horse at home.

Before starting a session, an initial discussion will be held to establish how you and your horse are working together currently and to identify any goals that you may have so these can be built into the sessions.

For clients wishing to have on-going sessions, regular reviews of progress and goals are made in conjunction with you, so that the sessions continue to meet both your's and your horse's needs. Feedback from clients is always invited in order to ensure that the highest standards possible are maintained and the most appropriate coaching techniques are being used.
